I recently had to deal with a small fire and Elite Disaster Restoration came through for us. They managed to restore a lot of what's was damaged. The crew was friendly and were happy to explain the process to us. The place looks great now.

From start to finish, these guys were incredibly professional. We had quite the mess after a pipe burst, but the staff managed to turn things around quickly. Their team knows what their doing and really focus on customer needs.

Elite Disaster Restoration did a great job with the water damage in my basement. The staff were prompt and courteous and did the cleanup efficiently. They arrived on time and got straight to work.

They did work for me in the summer by November, everything they installed had to be fixed. I called them, sent them pics and they never got back to me. 2 out of 3 sinks they installed leaked. 2 out of 3 toilets had to be reinstalled. This was in the first 2 months. The shower had never was calked! Grout breaking off every where in the shower, the tile from the floor touching the shower never calked. The shower sprout coming undone cause it was not properly calked.

My whole house was flooded and the manager Nick had his guy's on the way immediately their professional approach and hard work was truly amazing. Somthings happen for a reason and Nick and Kyle were sent to me when I needed it desperately. They made themselves available to me 24/7 and i felt very well taken care of. They take customer service to a level that I haven't seen in a long time. These guys are awesome.
