I thought I was feeding my teen athlete appropriately until he joined the 6 weeks to gain muscle mass program. The first thing we noticed was an increase in his energy and stamina. These two factors turned out to be even more beneficial than the gain in muscle. I also appreciate that this program never tried to sell supplements or expensive diet plans; simply real foods in the right amounts at the right times. Super extra support was a bonus as well!
