I reached out several times through their contact page and called them / left a message. Requested information and/or a quote for help with my CAT diesel motors on my boat. No reply, no call back, no email reply. Pretty sad, guess they don't want new business but even so just reply back saying that.
Excellent!!!!!. Went there for parts, buy I intend to use them for service in the near future. The lady behind the counter (sorry, forgot her name...), was extremely knowledgeable in all parts I was looking for. She also made sure I had the right parts, going above and beyond her call of duty. Thank you!! (When I get her name, I'll edit this review). Elite has certainly gained another customer here. Thank you!!
