I would have gave higher stars, but there was nothing really exceptional about it. The decor was nice, inviting and roomy. But the customer service was just another day at the office. Receptionist seemed descent though. The part that was actually a downer was the ultrasound tech etiquette. It could have been better, in that one should have more of a compassionate role in this field especially while dealing with an elderly patient. My overall experience at my MRI appointment today was great and went smoothly. Staff who attended me were kind and professional.
