I’ve had 2 projects drawn by JW Ohler at Elite Designs Unlimited. Both turned out awsome. His prices are VERY reasonable and his eye for detail is second to none. Having him draw my projects saved me thousands by avoiding costly “change orders”. The projects look much better than “homeowner or builder” drawn plans; I know I’ve drawn plans myself in the past!
JW is a great guy and helped our family provide the plans we needed for our new home. We had searched online at Great length to find the plans we needed from online companies but could not find the ones we needed without many modifications at great cost. Our home is looking great, we are still in the process of building it as owner / builders. My only complaint about JW is he has not come by to have a beer with us and view his beautiful design. Spectacular....
