Horrible and unacceptable experience. I specifically called and booked Dysport at $5/unit, and the receptionist confirmed it. At my appointment, the injector started preparing and injecting me. I asked, “This is Dysport, right?” and she told me NO, it was Botox. She then told me they hadn’t even had Dysport for a while.
