Amazing customer service! My mom loves Vinesime lotion, BUT the scent she likes (Chardonnay) is only sold in a small region of France. She found the brand on her 25th wedding anniversary trip to Europe. Vinesime used to sell in the US, but now only does so through 3rd party vendors. I spoke to Vinesime (with Google Translate) via email and they directed me to their list of US suppliers on their website because they are not shipping to the US. I called all of the spas and hotels in the US and Canada, and either they did not h... read more
