I scheduled an exam and cleaning. Didn’t get cleaned but got poked a lot and I was bleeding. I was in tears….was told I have gingivitis and I needed a special cleaning. Jodi told me that she hoped I didn’t share drinks or silverware with my family because it was like having bugs on my tongue. So not only did I not get the cleaning I requested I have to come back and pay $72?! Yeah, I’m getting a second opinion! Will not return again!
First time there so not much background but I felt like they were thorough and kind. They explained things in detail and I felt comfortable.
