So, as a person who has to say the least many Dental issues of my own doing I am very thankful to have found Elite some years ago and they support me more regularly than I would care to admit. Lida is extremely professional and a lovely person as is all of her staff. Would not hesitate to recommend this practice.
I often find when you go to the dentist the people at the front don't get as much praise as the people that do a great job. Came in for a hygiene clean which is great, Ellen, the star of the show always makes me feel so comfortable and is one of the main reasons why I've chosen this dentist, always reassuring me and making me feel less nervous and is so helpful with everything I ask about. Went in for a cleaning and hygienists were very quick and friendly, was a very painless experience and very reasonably priced!
Dr fartash screamed at me because I complained about waiting an hour , really rude and combative. I apologised for being dry and setting her off....got home and found out I'd been removed from the books that I was aggressive,,which is a complete lie.. I asked her to calm down twice and said she is only 1 screaming and waving arms....avoid.. everything they fix it breaks or falls out.
Rang here today for an emergency appt and got one right away as I’m not a patient They are so lovely the reception was so friendly and welcoming The dentist was so good and helped relieve my pain and she took care of me the whole time insuring I wasn’t in pain the whole time The place is so nice and spotless well kept
