Zero stars. Please, please if your dental office is managed by this company, run to a new office right away. They are not able to manage insurance submissions and am still trying to get resolution after 6+ months. Painful is an understatement.

Im going to post this review here as well as the dentist office due to Elite Dental Partners being the reason I am leaving my current dentist. This company does not care about their patients, it's all about the money. It really pains me to write this review because Dr. Searls is a close family friend that I grew up with both his kids. Been trying to talk to an actual person at this location for months. Have left many messages and no one calls back. Not surprised. Awful company to work for, and even worse business practices. Update: finally heard back regarding a billing issue. However, person was not helpful and could tell she was just trying to brush me off. Utterly useless company.
