Zero stars. Please, please if your dental office is managed by this company, run to a new office right away. They are not able to manage insurance submissions and am still trying to get resolution after 6+ months. Painful is an understatement.

Please go anywhere but here. From start to finish of your experience - to the employees - that are so awful - sit at the same table with the coworkers that they talk the worst about - cant keep Dentists - because they catch on extremely quickly and leave - NO ONE will ever answer at corporate nor return your calls. They do not do insurances correctly - which is why many have had to keep going back or reaching out to get someone to do their job the right way. Just please - go anywhere else for treatment. This company is horrible to work for! The office I worked for had a great Dr and staff but upper management is horrible! Talking to their employees like crap and saying things that are out of pocket to try to make them for bad for leaving! I would never recommend for anyone to work with this company! It’s a shame too bc the office I worked for had great staff. Upper management ruined it for me!
