Been trying to talk to an actual person at this location for months. Have left many messages and no one calls back. Not surprised. Awful company to work for, and even worse business practices. Update: finally heard back regarding a billing issue. However, person was not helpful and could tell she was just trying to brush me off. Utterly useless company.

The absolute worst place I've ever had the displeasure of working for. In the beginning, when He***** was the RM, our office was great. We were working tirelessly to get the office back up to standard as it was a complete wreck when we showed up. Unfortunately He***** was fired for reporting office bullying. Great workplace and staff to work with. As a Hygienist I have the support from my Dentist, office manager and success manager. We use state of the art technology, offer our patients the best care, edge cutting edge products. This is the real deal. It is what you make of it! I have been able to take my hygiene career to the next level! Work on special projects as well as providing excellent patient care.

No loyalty to their employees. The office managers make jokes about growing within. The lack of support they provide the field and offices is sad. Culture has took a huge plunge. Not a good work environment. Work life balance, what is that? The amount of distrust that has been created with the employees should be a concern, but it is not.

Im going to post this review here as well as the dentist office due to Elite Dental Partners being the reason I am leaving my current dentist. This company does not care about their patients, it's all about the money. It really pains me to write this review because Dr. Searls is a close family friend that I grew up with both his kids.
