Not my favorite place to be the staff and dentist makes it all the worth while
Disappointed.... Had to wait over an hour for my appointment......was to have been at 3:00 but didn't get in until after 4, and I was scheduled to have been somewhere else by that time...... The nurse that took me back seemed unorganized. Doctors were nice though.
I came in for a routine cleaning and was told I had five cavities. The dental assistant was the one filling them, which immediately concerned me. During the procedure, I started gushing blood, and the assistant seemed unsure of what to do. Despite this, she continued filling my cavities but only completed two out of the five. The staff is happy and not irritated or annoyed. It could be the new young boy up front with the jokes that keeps them laughing. Everyone is friendly. We came too early but they take you back at your appt time now. Dr. A is a sweetheart. He didn't rush, took his time and explained everything step by step. I'm confident in coming back to finish the other half of my mouth. It's allergy season and all the plug ins in the waiting area will have you in tears and a runny nose but if you speak up they allow you to unplug them. Edit... read more
