Lately they arent answering their phones. Been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks and they wont answer. What kind of clinic is this? Why yall have a phone for Last ibwent they sit in front of the computers and the phones are right there. are they low on staff? Or just dont want to pick up?

Disappointed.... Had to wait once again for my appointment. And they weren't even busy. Should've been taken right back as soon as I got there but instead had to wait.......AGAIN.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have called 5+ times because I have an infected tooth. Not only have they not picked up, they also haven't called back. It's absolutely unacceptable.
I took my mom there all tome. Great place to visit !
