This review is for Dr. Jung and any location where he does tooth extractions ... ⚠️ DO NOT get teeth extracted by him. EVER. ⚠️ While I have always had amazing dental care from Dr. Foster (THANK YOU to her!), on 10/3 I experienced the worst dental trauma of my life at the hands of Dr. Jung. He extracted my tooth while I was in obvious, extreme pain and distress. My body was shaking uncontrollably, I was crying, and I kept asking for tissues throughout the 40-minute procedure. I have had great experiences with this dental office in the past; front desk was awesome and dentist was extremely kind. However, this year, I booked an appointment a month in advance since I needed to be seen on a Saturday due to being a first time twin mom. I was warned that they would charge me if I cancelled last minute. But they actual cancelled on me last minute; called me on the Wednesday (Lori) before my appointment with no explanation other than they were canceling. Very friendly staff! Very accommodating, helpful, and supportive! The team came up with a good and speedy recovery plan to get me out of pain!
Dr. Townsend is great! They were able to fit me in according to my schedule and did an awesome and thorough job with my bi-annual cleaning Elite did a great job advising me with ongoing concerns, to giving Me options that would fit my budget and timeframe. I would strongly recommend to everyone!
