Appointment was at 3:30. I arrived at 3:15. It is now 4:04. Still am sitting in the waiting room to be called back for my appointment that was over half an hour ago. Not one staff member has spoke to me since I walked in. I understand they take their time on their clients however someone of us take off work, or pay baby sitters to come to appointments such as these....for it to then just be a big waste of time and an hour longer then it should be. Very unhappy with how this has gone.

The new staff at elite dental are very professional and I learned more today on my visit then I’ve been told in five years! Looking forward to their professional treatment on my dental procedures.

I’ve enjoyed having Dr. Castillo work on my dental needs over the past couple of months. He’s so laid back, yet thorough. His assistant Jamie is wonderful too. Update: the above was true but two years ago. My crown they gave me broke in half this morning. No one was there when I called. I went to another dentist after leaving for other reasons prior to fix it. It cost me $1000. I couldn’t let it wait. I only had the crown for two years.
