I don’t like going to the dentist. But Elite made the experience as easy as possible. I easily found a same day appointment for my dental emergency. The website was easy to navigate. I completed my new patient forms online. When I arrived I really had no additional check in. I was promptly seen with no waiting. I was provided options for my care. Dr. Jung is exceptionally skilled and efficient while still being engaging and friendly. I highly recommend Elite Dental Group!
Everyone here is so kind and understanding! Jessica is amazing and so helpful. Dr Castillo and assistants are the best ! However, Dr Jung does talk to people in a rude manner and he does not seem to take his employees serious. He places implants in the sinus and he even left an implant tool inside of somebody’s gum. The office is NOT up to OSHA standards and it is extremely disappointing Dr Jung won’t improve himself. Shame shame
The staff were very professional and nice.
