6/1/23 THE ABSOLUTE WORST VENDOR I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOMEONE ONE THE PHONE FOR OVER 2 WEEKS. NOTHING!!!!! EVERY EXTENSION GOES DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL. I RUN A NURSING FACILITY THAT HAS MANY OF THE SHADES PROVIDED FROM THIS COMPANY. MANY HAVE BROKEN CLUTCHES. THE VENDOR THAT I USE ORDERED THE NEW CLUTCHES. ELITE DECOR SENT THE WRONG CLUTCHES.
