RecommendedI called all over town trying to find a pair of WTB Resolute tires. Considering how positive the feedback is on these, I was surprised I couldn't find any in Kansas City or the suburbs. That is, until I called Elite. Yep, they had a pair. Fantastic. Thank you. The tires are great, by the way. Highly recommend in 700x42.
Good service, listened to the type of bike I was looking for. They didn't try selling me a bike they were trying to get rid of at the end of the season.
I've been in a few times for small things and have had great service each time. Will be back for sure!

I was in with my husband to purchase a tri-bike today and not a single employee was willing to assist us. He had the bike off the rack and had a more-than-browsing attitude, yet nothing. I’m very disappointed as we were about to spend several thousand dollars in the store today. We will be taking our business elsewhere - which is a shame as your shop seems to be the only shop in the area carrying the bike we were about to purchase.
Best Bike shop in the Kansas City area. Jeff and his crew go above and beyond for every customer. Their cycling knowledge is unmatched! Elite Cycling is the only place I will go for all of my cycling needs.
I always ask David Tsai to service my bikes, road and cyclocross, and exceptionally I am always happy for the results.
As a competitive cyclist and full time employee, time and quality regarding my bike care and equipment needs is critical. I have taken my equipment to some places in town with "ok" and "poor" experiences. The quality and professionalism of Elite Cycling is in my opinion the "BEST" in town. I took my bike in for a tune up. Was greeted by Bob and David. They were friendly, and very knowledgable. They answered all the questions I had and even provided free advise on how I could get better (being new to biking), and even recommended a group ride. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I was told that it would take about 3 days for my bike to be done. I received a call from David the next day stating that my bike was ready.
