Would not recommend. After MONTHS of working on a plan for a home addition we found out that the proper steps were not taken in order for the design to be approved by the inspector. This resulted in us having a design that we couldn't even use. I was told in the middle of March that I was priority, but that was never the case. Communication was poor, I was constantly asking for updates and was always met with an excuse.
