Rolland is a joke only concered about money! My mom and i went to him when he left Mcmillan! Mom was in no shape to sign forms! Made my aunt Poa which was a huge mistake! Shes non existent and he wont do anything! Made a joint account with his advice and the nursing home still is charging mom and i didnt sign! Requires 2 signatures! My family used Elite counsel for 2 properties already and my father just purchased his 3rd. We decided to not use them anymore because they decided to ruin our relationship over $81.76. They sent me a bill 7 months later to pay some bill they miscalculated on, I was told that the bill would be waived after I mentioned the 3 properties and a few more in the future since our family will be building a few 3-4 plex row homes but he still insisted I had to pay lol. Avoid this company at all costs. They are only interested in making a quick buck. They made a huge mistake on our mortgage and refuse to admit any fault. Upon our meeting to sign their documents, they asked for a VOID cheque so that money can be taken out of our account for our mortgage renewal. Instead, we had set up our mortgage so that we would have to pay via Etransfer! Who pays their mortgage through etransfer? We were a day late when we were contacted by the bank saying that we were supposed to etransfer the payment...... read more
