Disappointed. At first, I was very excited to find a lash artist near me. Unfortunately, the “customer service“ and lack of professionalism is why I’m giving 2 stars. This place is basically a one woman show when it comes to Lash extensions. They have several beds in the salon, but I only ever saw one lash artist, the owner Alyssa. Such a lovely experience! My esthetician Anaya is the absolute sweetest. She made the whole experience comfortable, was very clear about what to expect, and overall did a great job. My lashes SLAYED after this lift. Alyssa (the owner) is also so funny and she over saw everything to make sure the treatment was top notch. I am so happy with my visit, and would 100% recommend getting a korean lash lift or any service you’re considering with these ladies. You’re in excellent hands 🤍🙌🏼
I have been going to Alyssa (the owner) for about 4 years now and I have been ecstatic about the results every single time I leave the place. Alyssa is so so friendly and made me feel at home during my very first appointment. The retention of the lashes is incredible (about 3 weeks before I need a fill) and the style is always exactly what I want. I’ve gotten hybrids, volume, mega volume and even touches of color.
