The owner, Mark Sr. and his son, Mark Jr., are extremely friendly, and professional. Mark explained from the start, what we should expect and assured us that if we had questions we should call him directly. He was responsive to phone calls/emails. He dealt with our insurance company through the six months it took to get a resolution about what they would pay for. Elite Contractors, Inc. is a great company to work with. Mark Williams, the owner, walked us through every step of the process with our basement reconstruction. Our job was a total gut. Mark dealt well with our insurance adjuster. We had Elite do some extra work outside of the scope of the insurance claim and they were very reasonable.
