The technician demonstrated the exact issue and did so in a very professional manner. He would have fixed it immediately, but he didn't have the necessary components and my garage door is ancient. Minutes after he left, he offered me a pretty accurate estimate! I'm hopeful that he'll come back to replace my rollers and opener!
