This company was brought in by my property manager and I was very impressed. I stopped by to see how the work was going and the maintenance tech was very friendly. Work was all done quickly at a fair price.

Excellent work. My property manager uses this company and they were able to get my house repaired, interior painted, and yard cleaned up in 1 week. I had a friend wanting to move into the property ASAP so I was very impressed with the quality and timing.

This company was sent out by a property management company to address a plumbing leak at the tub overflow. They cut a hole in my kids bedroom wall ( which is a double wall so there is no access to the tub ) and left. The big hole in the wall wasn’t covered at all with a water main and electrical running through visibly from the hole in a childs room. Basically cut a hole for no reason, fixed nothing and left a 12”x12” hole in my wall now there is of course no answer when I call to figure out what is the problem with this guy... read more
