Horrible I mean horrible workmanship! Horrible Customer Service. They came back to “fix it”. Their “fix” was to slap in some gray paint where it was peeling that didn’t even match. They did absolutely nothing that they promised. I would run from this contractor. We hired Hensley Concrete Coatings to fix their mess and it’s been perfect!!!
We recently switched from another company to Elite Concrete Coatings and we couldn't be happier. Their coating was installed in a day and it looked great!
They did our garage almost 5 years ago. Since then they did my cousins garage but now they are giving some friends the run around. They have been hard to get ahold of and don't follow through. If they mess things up my rating of them will change.
No call no show for appointment that was scheduled to have our garage floor done. The only way to reach a human when calling was to select “ accounting “ from their phone menu. Supposedly the accounting lady was messaging the owner to have him call us. But we are well over 3 weeks now and still no call back. That seems very shady….. we ultimately filed a fraud claim with our credit card to get our money back and went with a different company
