Does not complete projects & Does not pay his subcontractors!! Stay away from this guy… he comes off very friendly and will pat you on your back but will screw you at the end of the day and give you a story how hes in financial problems and to give him time to pay you and he will never pay you at the end of the day, we have multiple homeowners calling us crying that he robbed them for hundreds of thousands and they found us through municipalities that we were the plumbers subcontracted through him…. Look elsewhere if you want your job finished!! After 10's of thousands of dollars, we had to get others to complete our 2 bathrooms, as we couldn't get a hold of Joe or his wife, or get an answer at their showroom. He talks a good game. I actually thought we were friends, but he disappeared and never came back to finish. We got tired of waiting. It's a real shame, because he's talented, but he's UNRELIABLE. HE FOOLED ME!!!!! Don't let him fool you too.
Really wish he would pay his bills to his suppliers
Joe and the Elite Concepts staff were professional, punctual and highly creative. As a female home owner it was important for me to trust that a contractor would not attempt to trick me or play games with my time or money. I asked a ton of questions and Joe was extremely patient and explained the steps of my home renovation thoroughly. I am very pleased with the results and would seek him in the future and recommend him and his company to others.
