Inadequate help and communication. Will not be using the help aid again. Three separate aids show up for appts. Each individual was clueless as to what is going on and doesn't know how to help the individual in and out of wheel chair. Out of the three encounters, he had to miss an appt due to someone showing up in a vehicle that was too high off the ground to put in a disabled patient.
