We have been trying to collect payment from this company for several weeks. They ordered parts for a customer and asked me to send them out ASAP so they could get the job finished, now they wont pay. They do not answer and cannot leave a message. Not Professional, Very bad business practice.

ECI team ..was a great experience after having roof damage due to strong storms. They came out and did repair immediately. Quick and painless. Highly recommended.
It’s hard to find honest roofers, but the ECI team is amazing! They are professional and trustworthy. The inspection process was free and having drone photos so I could actually see the damage was a huge bonus. Getting a new roof can be very stressful, but with the knowledge and experience that ECI brings to the table, the process was incredibly easy! Thank you guys!
Delivered on all promises. Exceeded expectations on roof appearance and quality of workmanship. I would definitely recommend for any size job. Really friendly staff too.
