Matt took my deposit and blew it. He never procured the geo unit he stated the deposit was intended for. He delayed my project over three months. He still owes me over $10,000 and has let his contractor's license expire and now claims to be filing bankruptcy.
Timeliness, follow-up, and keeping employees. For every 6 messages you leave on the owner's phone he will return one. For every 4 appointments that you schedule you'll receive 3 excuses for the others. This is an ongoing problem with the company. The owner doesn't function with reliable timelines, and that is poor business. Worst experience with any contractor ever. This guy will let you down.
Matt we are still waiting on you to turn on the furnace because the weather is going to change to very cold and you were out there with the inspector and you did not turn the furnace on like you said you were going to do. This isn’t the way you treat customers and run a business. I need you to come and finish so you can pass the inspection on the hvac.
