We are very disappointed for their work and attitude. This company installed the new hot water system and replaced all the tapware in the two bathrooms in our property in 2021. After the project, problems just keep arising, such as no hot water, tap faulty, tap leaking, slow hot water flow in kitchen, etc. When we asked for the licenses of the technicians and plumbers who worked in our property two weeks ago, till now they still didn’t provide that to us.
Absolutely, 100% Stellar service. Aaron called first thing after job went up on Hipages. After being badly let down by GasWorks, Aaron came out to look at the two gas fires that same afternoon. Superb servicing of both. Looking absolutely good as new and working as new. One had faulty fan which Aaron had repaired rather than having to replace at about a third of the cost.
