Fast turn around. Johnathan was so nice and made sure I understood every part of the experience, he even drew me pictures to help explain. My car looks better than ever, I love it! Jen at the front desk is so nice and helpful, she even let me take a chair outside so I could enjoy the sun while I got my estimate. I will never go anywhere else.
So far so good, waited on lunch break for me to come get estimate. Nice people, looks very busy there so they must be doing something right.
Elite was willing to work on my car that had been "bumped", even though it was on a salvage title due to hail damage. Another body shop where I had a long time relationship was not. Elite did a great job, even completing the work a day early. They have a new customer, if I or someone else needs body work.
