We had Elite come out to install a new patio and extend our driveway with some pavers and attached a walkway to our garbage can area and built had them build a vinyl fence enclosure to cover it up. It looks beautiful. Very happy through the entire process. Excellent work and great people. Would hire them again.
This is a tough review to write because it's a dichotomy. We hired Elite to do a bunch of work including planting, transplanting, mulching and such. From the first visit for an estimate through scheduling and doing the work, they were 5 star worthy. They showed up when they were supposed to and performed well. The guys were personable and professional. The issues occurred afterward. 1 new azalea, 4 transplanted shrubs (3 mature and extremely healthy wax myrtles and a mature needle palm) were not planted correctly. They fell ... read more
Reply to Owner of business: First it has not been 5 months since work was completed. It was completed the middle of June. Secondly we've been in contact with you in regards to the fire pit from the onset of of the issues. As far as the irrigation goes it doesn't matter that your estimator is no longer with your company. It's your company and someone should have reviewed the plans before coming to install the irrigation and not hit us the day of installation that more zones were needed.
