Didn't get us the final number we needed for cash to close until less than 24 hours before closing. Showed up late to our closing appointment with the wrong paperwork. $3000 in surprise fees came out of nowhere the day before closing, AND after closing they wrote to us that they "miscalculated" and need even more $$$ from us. Never again. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

these are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
I’ve been working with Elite professionally for the better part of a decade and have used them personally as well. They have handled a lot of situations that were challenging and have come to the rescue a few times when the situation could not be handled by another closing company. I highly recommend Elite.
Michelle was amazing. Buying a house and signing your name is supposed to be a lot of work. Not with Michelle. She was exceptional!
