I originally gave then a 5 star rating thinking they fixed the issue. Moreover, I gave them the rating them too soon. Now, I have changed my rating because they don't know anything about Home Zone Control A/C Units. They charged me about $800 in repairs and the issue is still not fixed. Their solution was I needed to close some vents to rooms that we don't use often. That's not fixing the issue.
