Elite cleaning is very professional came in and got the job done ready to work! The carpet and wood floors looked new I highly recommend this company to handle your next service need.
I set up a time to get my carpets cleaned today at 11am. I moved all my furniture in my dining room and living room in preparation. Made plans to get my elderly parents out of the house for the day. By 12pm, I was worried so I called and texted them. Did not hear anything back. By 12:30 I had given up and called another place. Luckily the other cleaners were able to come out last minute. Maybe there was an emergency but at least a text saying they weren’t coming would have been nice.
I understand that things come up, but as a business owner you have procedures in play to give customers on the schedule a heads up to make other arrangements or reschedule. I had to call to find out nobody was showing up 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment… the week of Christmas with family coming into town tomorrow
