EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I can't believe they have jobs let alone run a business. I have NEVER encountered such awful customer service! And they ruined my garment. No please, thank you OR sorry! They acted inconvenienced by me needing thier service. My garment is still there and I won't be paying for THAT! The way I was treated was worse than my garment getting ruined. They were even borderline insulting!!!
Rude customer service (9/20/12). Arrived at shop 4 minutes till close (6:00pm). Clerk ignored me at drive-thru window, at 6:05 pm the clerk walked out, closing the shop, stating she had to count the money and worked an 11 hour day. Then stated to call her manager if I wasn't happy. No apologizes, nothing!
