We are the only dry cleaner that we know of that has an actual return policy on items such as tailoring items. For example: we accept tailoring/repair returns within 30 days of the pickup date, if you go a few days over we'll work with you. So if you pick up a tailoring item on October 24, 2015, and return it with a complaint on February 11, 2016, that's 110 days (or nearly 4 months) later, that item will not be eligible for return and/or subsequent no cost repair.
