We are the only dry cleaner that we know of that has an actual return policy on items such as tailoring items. For example: we accept tailoring/repair returns within 30 days of the pickup date, if you go a few days over we'll work with you. So if you pick up a tailoring item on October 24, 2015, and return it with a complaint on February 11, 2016, that's 110 days (or nearly 4 months) later, that item will not be eligible for return and/or subsequent no cost repair. Awful, awful place!! Don't ever go there. Appears we are not the only ones with a bad experience. We took a coat in to have a zipper fixed. They did and we paid $55! Within a month of wearing, the zipper came undone. We took it back in since they were the ones that repaired it. When checking out, we had to wait for the owner who claimed they didn't do the initial "shabby" work until we provided the receipt. This then made him angry and he started yelling.
