Cleaner Image is TERRIBLE Terrible experience. They do not stand by their "100% guaranteed" statement. They left 8-10 spots all over our house, then blame us because it "smells" like bleach. Their hose leaked during the job and now they won't fix their problem. They offered to fix the problem by having someone come out to "patch" the spots with carpet from the back of our closets at an extra $50 a spot! Tony and office manager were rude and unsympathetic. RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I was charged $325 to clean my cushions on my sofa and loveseat to remove pet stains from it. They had to come out a second time to retreat it again because it still smelled like urine. I asked them to come out a third time and when I missed the technician's phone call they left. I tried to reschedule the appointment but they told me they would charge me $69 for a "trip fee". Overcharged and tried to run up the bill ... Cliff notes - I do not recommend this company. They over charge, way over estimated the actual square footage they cleaned, and basically just saw $$ signs. They wanted to charge $1800 for what another company would charge $3-400 (I had another company come out). Long story - We had a small flood.
