Tony and his team did a commendable job. The setup was quick and efficient, and the follow-up for takedown was smooth from start to finish. Throughout the holiday season, they were responsive to any issues that arose. The association truly looked beautiful and festive during Christmas, they left the community glowing. The lighting was lovely. I had a power blow out and they showed me how to reset it. The circuit breaker blew almost every night. On Jan 12 I called because a large section of my lights were not coming on. I wanted to leave my lights up until January 23, however , they stated that they were not responsible for the lights after Jan. 1 and it would cost between $120 and $150 for them to come out and fix them. Very expensive relative to competitors. I recommend shopping around. These guys charged me an hour's labor for what was less than 5 minutes worth of work to service some lights. They were literally unplugged, Tony and his guys gladly took $128 to plug them back in. Aside from that experience, I had committed to the estimate and should have shopped around. I got curious when my neighbors had near identical lighting put up, I called the company they used, and the quote came back at HALF of what I paid. Shame on me for not shop... read more
