Well it’s been an experience with drains flooding and pushing to get carpets replaced etc and the owner of house wasn’t too keen to fix problems and we had to use our spare room for 3 1/2 months until flooding repairs were done. Elite were good but always had problems with emails being replied to or calls returned. House wasn’t ok but in the end, we decided to buy a house and gave up renting.
Very responsive! Applied and finalised within 3 days. Great to deal with. Very responsive, and thorough with details. Definitely recommend!
