I will say that the staff is very nice and I even came home to a bouquet of flowers sent from the staff sending their condolences for the passing of my mother. That was really nice of them and I appreciate it very much.
If you miss an appointment they will charge you $210. Being that I am a very busy person that has just opened up a new company, I was struggling to figure out my schedule and had to miss an appointment. Out of nowhere my card was charged $210. When I asked what this charge was about, they told me that in the paperwork if I cancel an appointment there is a fee of $210. Dr. Jones is hands down the best Chiropractor I’ve ever seen. I’ve been getting Chiropractic care since I was a newborn. My folks took me to get things straightened out after a natural birth. Since then I’ve regularly (with more or less frequency depending on the phase of life) been treated.
