Reserved a car rental. Took an Uber to go pick it up. And they didn't have it in inventory. I asked them why they didn't tell me they didn't have it in inventory and they said I was supposed to listen to the terms and conditions. So I wasted $50 in Uber and I still don't have a rental. Probably the worst experience and worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. They actually do not care at all and they're employees aare trained to also not care about your needs.
Excellent approach to work, work with the client. In my case, the car was needed after closing, I called the guys and the issue was resolved the car was transferred to me. I wish you progress in business, be sure to expand your fleet especially budget cars!!!
Coming from NY I didn’t know where to rent a car. Found this car rental place in South beach and had a good experience with them. Car that I rented was spotless. I will definitely rent from them again.
The service was great they pick me up at the airport. People were proffesional and answered all my questions. Car pick up and drop off was quick. I would definitely rent from them again.
