I used this company for Persian rug cleaning, silk rugs, and antique hand-knotted carpets. The technician arrived on time for a free estimate and examined each piece in detail. He explained the rug cleaning process, answered my questions, and gave me a fair quote. After I agreed, they moved furniture and rolled the rugs carefully. They were returned 9 days later, fully cleaned and soft to the touch. They even helped place them perfectly in the rooms. Great service, very professional and respectful throughout.
