Great customer service from Austin and Dave! Quick and efficient
The website lists area rug cleaning at $1 but it is $1 per square foot. I called and spoke to an employee before booking who explained the $1 in the estimate. She also stated that her booking time available online may not be accurate. Scheduled a week out for stairs, area rug and bathroom tile with an estimate of $300. Appointment was at 8:00am. Had sewer backup into a basement bathroom, Elite responded within one hour on a Saturday evening, technician was kind and helpful, got us clean and sanitized within 3 hours of our initial phone call Was charged the initial price I was quoted over the phone, which was also appreciated
