OMGOSH, Austin and Joe did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning my carpets - they look brand new and smell so fresh and clean……and I am OCD about cleaning. When it comes to cleaning I have high expectations, which they not only met but exceeded. To top it off, both guys were extremely nice and very knowledgeable of the products they used - environmentally friendly!!!!! I highly recommend Elite and definitely will be using them again….. and ask for Austin and Joe!
