Avoid Elite Carpet Cleaning & Restoration like the plague! Overcharged me for a subpar job and now my carpet smells weird. Worst service ever.
Austin came out and it was an easy and professional process. He put spacers under the furniture and did a thorough job. He was able to get stains out of the carpet that I did not think we’re able to be done. Much appreciated.
Very professional. Pretty quick service, do think a deeper clean could’ve been done. Still didn’t take out the total smell of couch or add protectant.
The nicest professional young men. Just recently started using them for carpets and Upholstry. Won’t use anyone else in the future.
