Prompt, courteous and did a great job. 5 stars did exactly what the were hired to do. 3 bedrooms, stairs, 2 runners one area rug and a tile floor. Rugs look great.
Very satisfied with the service delivered. They removed some very tough set in ink stains, and they eliminated some very bad odors. Very knowledgeable about how to care for and clean carpets. I would highly recommend as they delivered a high value service.
Elite Carpet Care in Raleigh, NC fell short of my expectations for doing four large rooms to prepare for a dinner party. The owner said it takes them ten minutes a room and no assurance of satisfaction when done, it seems. They also charge your cc ahead of service....Their response five days later said they cleaned up after my party I had the day after they did the carpet was why I wanted the carpets cleaned. they came Monday, supper party was Wednesday...
Great service from Elite Carpet Care!! Peyton was professional and communicative. They did an amazing job with some very dirty rugs and turn around was sooner than expected. The price was extremely fair for the hard work they did. Definitely recommend them!
Elite carpet care is fantastic! Very speedy service at a great price. They were very kind and included the pet treatment at no additional charge for my service after a mix up too. Super thankful I went with them!
