I spilled a turmeric drink on a white carpet. Though Todd was busy with other clients he interrupted what he was doing to give the carpet a spot cleaning. He provided a great The service he provided was excellent and I would highly recommend Elite Carpet Care.
I scheduled an appointment with Elite Carpet Care, but they kept rescheduling and were very difficult to communicate with. I waited an extra week, only to have them show up late without any prior notice. The lack of professionalism and respect for my time was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re looking for reliable service.
Just had Todd do our carpets this morning and he did an amazing job!! He was very professional, fast and very reasonable rates. I highly recommend him.
