My mom has been her for just under a year. Half the time they dont give her her pain management meds, dont give her meals half the time. Leave soiled linens laying around on the floor. Dont bath her, I have to come bath her myself. She sits half a day in soiled undergarments for the whole day often. She had urine running down her leg onto the floor most days. Dont put your loved one here.

Applied for a job there. The recruiter scheduled me for a video interview with management. I sat in the video room for nearly a half-hour and no one else showed. I was ghosted by the interviewer! If that's how they treat candidates, I can only wonder how they treat employees.

The quality of care is slipping and management seems like they’re burning out which IS understandable post-covid but when it’s your loved ones suffering those consequences, it’s hard to maintain that level of patience and understanding. Wouldn’t recommend at this point unfortunately.

Incompetence happens--there are never the same caregivers and a lot of caregivers are from temp agencies. Notes don't get made and passed coherently to the next shift. My husband's diet is hit or miss as they seem to have trouble following the diet he needs and which I was assured by the administrator would be no problem for them to serve. There are some very nice workers but overall there is something wrong with the atmosphere and the best caregivers do not seem to be valued.
