Oh my goodness Elite Care Heating and Air was amazing! This was a 2nd opinion on my HVAC air conditioning unit and he found the problem the first company missed. My inside unit was filthy. We have a home warranty and our shower valve quit working. Our warranty company sent these people out. They came out and told me they had to get approval to order the part. A week went by and nothing. I called them back and spoke to Michael I think. He told me the part was ordered and as soon as it came in he would come put it in. Another week goes by. Elite Care Heating and Air came through for us quickly with affordable options while being extremely professional. Our unit went out and they provided excellent options and had us cool and calm in no time. Give them a call if you find yourself losing your cool this summer!
Mike was polite and listened to my concerns. He worked around my schedule to get my hot water heater repaired. Josh and Jake were courteous and quick to diagnose the issue, picked up the part, and had repairs completed within 30 minutes after returning. Extremely satisfied with the service of this company.
