We have a home warranty and our shower valve quit working. Our warranty company sent these people out. They came out and told me they had to get approval to order the part. A week went by and nothing. I called them back and spoke to Michael I think. He told me the part was ordered and as soon as it came in he would come put it in. Another week goes by.
