Really disappointed with this facility came here after storm Harvey with a sick child. I told them the kid does not have insurance. I thought they have a plan that you can pay for a month like $30 No one told me about the plan all she asked me was did the child have insurance I said no she said it would be $250 or $240 to see the Dr. Now the Child was really sick and need medical attention real fast . Staff is lackadaisical. Not very impressed at their ability to address the issues at hand, but instead tended to go off on tangents. Overall disappointed in our experience at this facility.

Should not show as "open 24 hrs" in an initial Google search for closest ER. An ER should not show AT ALL on a search for "ER near me" until it is open. But at the very least hours should be listed as "closed" until it is actually open.
