The reception and Dr. Hyder is the best doctor. I love her. They’re so cooperative and Doctor Hyder he’s the best.
I want to recognize the receptionist for the hard work they do every day. The front desk is always busy, yet they stay calm, friendly, and efficient. They go out of their way to help and make patients feel welcome, which truly sets the tone for the entire office.
Calls clinic secretary mumbles a word that can't be understood then puts me in hold for 25 mins then disconnects I call back get the voice mail left two messages no call back calls again today no answer then the answering machine won't let you leave a message after 6 stating closed yet hours show 6:30 Outrageous first impression
