I never have to worry about someone rude picking up the call and adding to my caregiver stress. Beatriz is always attentive and so respectful. We have Yensy as our nurse and she is so sweet and caring with my family member. She is willing to educate us and is very professional and respectful. We are very happy to know we can count on Elite with their services for our medically complex family member.

Great staff! Always helping us with everything we need. Zero complaints. We love the owner of the agency. Would recommend to ederly/disabled/special needs who lives in South Florida.

This company’s only concern is for the therapist and squeezing in as many appointments in a day as possible. They call you the day of, saying they’re in the area and expect the patient to be ready and available. They refuse to schedule (day and time) as it doesn’t fit into piling on same day appointments for their therapist. There is absolutely no concern for the patients and their needs.
