Excellent care with great doctors but the lady at the front desk told me I'd only pay the copay from my insurance. I knew some stories of people who were promised that but ended up with $2000 bills and there is really no way to fight these people. Knowing this, I asked the front desk lady to confirm I would only pay the copay and not receive a huge bill 100 times and she affirmed. Friendly staff, safe environment, and quick process. Elite Care has made my recent experience feel very positive. Asma took my call and was more than beyond helpful and made sure I was taken care of. When I arrived at the center, Sanu, the tech, and Dennis, the nurse, gave me a good laugh and made my process there quick and easy. I felt like I was in good hands and truly appreciate all of their hard work and dedication! I highly recommend coming to Elite Care for any emergency.

One of my big fears during this pandemic was having to go to an ER or clinic with a non Covid19 issue. Well today that thing happened. My teen son had a fall from his bike on the trail. He split open his chin and clearly needed stiches. On the recommendation of a friend we went to Elite Care in Rice Village. What a fantastic experience! The center provided immediate care! Highly recommended. Nurse Dale was a wonderful non-anxious presence. Tech Curtis was competent. Registrar Darlene was helpful and welcoming. Dr Chen was attentive, a good listener, and clear in his advice.
