Paid for a car wash and the wash didn’t start due to an issue with the car in front of me. I have tried to call the business multiple times for a refund, but no answer and the mailbox is full so unable to leave a message. I have also sent two read, but unanswered, Facebook messages. This used to be the only car wash I went to. Now I won’t return because if you run a business like this, your customers need a reliable way to contact you. Charged my card $20 for a four minutes . I stopped there yesterday to rinse the salt off my car. I put my card in and selected four minutes for four dollars and it charged my card $20. However, the timer stopped in four minutes just like it should have but the $20 is still charged on my card. I called the card issuing company. They said to contact the car wash however the voicemail is full and I cannot get an answer.. So I don’t know what to do at this point, but I’m aggravated over this.

This is the only car wash I go to now, it's easy to get in and out of & it’s completely brushless, so I never have to worry about scratches on my paint. Never had an issue with the Vacuums. Reasonably priced. Random, but the soap actually smells amazing, and my son is obsessed with the 'cotton candy' colored foam and bright lights. It makes an annoying chore tolerable.
